Precision Plastic Injection Molding, Assembly & Finishing Under One Roof
Midwest Plastic Engineering is a custom injection molder with more than five decades of experience, 32 presses ranging from 75 to 850 tons, and in-house assembly and value-added services that take your program from resin to finished, shippable product.

End-to-End Capabilities
Injection Molding
32 presses from 75 to 850 tons running unfilled, filled, and engineering-grade resins for tight-tolerance production parts.
In-House Assembly
Sub-assembly, insert installation, and value-added kitting that deliver a complete component ready for your line.
Value-Added Services
Pad printing, ultrasonic welding, machining, decorating, and more — finishing steps handled under one roof.
Precision. Trusted. Integrated.
Three commitments guide every job we run — precise molding, a complete single-source solution, and a family-owned partner you can trust.

A Molder Built on Maintained Equipment and Repeatable Quality
Throughout our history we have purchased nearly every press brand new, then continually maintained and rebuilt them — including control-system upgrades for complex parts and on-hand replacement screw and barrel assemblies to minimize downtime. The result is consistent, repeatable production you can schedule around, backed by an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and TS-16949 MAQMSR compliance.
Materials We Process
Unfilled and filled materials such as polypropylene and polyethylene, rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, and nylon — plus engineering-grade plastics including polysulfone, PPS, acrylics, polycarbonates, and various alloys.
